To return an item for an exchange or refund, please mail your merchandise along with your original Packing List and a note stating the corrections (for example, correct ring size or birthstones) to:

Include your original Packing Slip or a note stating that you would like a refund. We recommend insuring the package before sending for your personal tracking purposes.
You will be refunded your purchase total minus any shipping charges.
If you paid by credit card, the credit will appear within 2 billing statements. Otherwise you should receive a check within 30 days of the credit being issued.
NOTE: If you are a Canadian Customer, please note that your credit amount will vary due to current exchange rates at the time of return.

V.Y. Domingo reserves the right to cancel any order due to, but not limited to, stock issues, site related malfunctions, improperly stated pricing, coupon code or discounts, and failed credit authorizations.
For non-personalized and selected engraved items, please allow 5 working days for shipment.
Personalized jewelry takes a bit longer, as every item is made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipment of your personalized order.
Remember, all of our personalized jewelry is manufactured to your exact specifications and a careful, thorough process takes a little extra time when done right.
Generally, items will be ship via LBC or Xend for the Philippines and Federal Express (FEDEX) for International.
Personalized items are shipped separately so there may be a slight gap between deliveries of items on multiple item orders.
When your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email. This Email will provide you with the date your order was shipped.
The majority of our jewelry ship through LBC or XEND normally takes 2 days to arrive in your billing information given to us.
Ordering from V.Y. Domingo is easy!
Follow these steps:
- Browse our selection of jewelry and when you find something you like, click on the item.
- You will receive a detailed description of the piece, and instructions allowing you to personalize your selection.
- Fill in all of the options (ring size, birthstones, personalized name, etc.) and click “Add To Shopping Cart.”
For items that are not personalized, just click “Add To Shopping Cart.”
- Your item is now saved in the Shopping Cart and you may continue to browse and add items.
- When you are ready to order, click the “Shopping Cart” icon at the top of your screen.
- You will be prompted to enter your shipping and payment information. Fill this in and click “Checkout”.
- The Order Summary page allows you to review your order one last time before submitting your order.
If everything is as it should be, click the “Next” button to choose your payment option.
- Choose either “Pay by Credit/Debit Card”, or “Pay by PayPal Payment” .
- Enter your credit card information and click on ”Process Payment.” Your payment is now complete.
Click here to to check on the status of your order. Keep in mind that your order will not be available for review until the next business day after placing your order.
