Typographical Errors
In the event a product
price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing
information received from our vendors, vydomingo.com shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price,
regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your
order is canceled, vydomingo.com will immediately credit your credit card
account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Charges - Changes
We will process your
order as you specify from the order form or email that you have sent us as you
ask. Sometimes, we will need to contact you prior to beginning a project and
specify if an additional charge will be necessary to complete as you specified.
EX. You order a custom
championship ring and in the notes ask for that ring to be bigger than size 15.
The price we set is for standard size, we would need to charge an additional
charge to make it bigger than size 15.
Change orders – once
we receive your order and begin production, changes from the original order are
subject to additional charges.
Lifetime Warranty
Our rings are meant to
last a lifetime, but it should be noted that even the most durable and
well-executed jewelry designs call for utmost care and responsible use.
Most of our rings have
CZ stones, through normal wear and tear, may eventually detach from their
mounts. Though relatively rare, if this happens, our lifetime warranty on all
our rings covers labor charges for these rare circumstances.
Our lifetime warranty
also includes free resizing.
IMPORTANT: All
unauthorized work on our rings completely voids your warranty. These include
engraving, resizing, repairs, and all modifications made to your ring by other
jewelers.

Shipping Time —
Generally, we will ship your order within a week, but if you require name and
number or inside engraving on the ring, it will take about 10 days to complete
the job. For Full Custom Championship Ring, it will take 4-6 weeks for our
designers and artisans to finish the producing progress. If you need the ring
for a specific date, please allow more time than needed to ensure a prompt
delivery in time for the event.
Please note: Saturday,
Sunday and Holidays (National) such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th do not
count within the delivery time.
Your ring will be
begun to process after order specifications have been confirmed and payment has
been received.
All items must be
signed for and we can not deliver to PO Boxes or APOS.
Each ring will ship
with a wooden gift box. We will provide a tracking number. You may get your
ring within 1-3 days after shipping.
